Sofia recently joined Hicks Thomas after graduating from The University of Texas School of Law. There, she completed over 150 hours of pro bono work as a student attorney and was a member of the Texas Journal of Oil and Gas Law Society, the Chicano/Hispanic/Latino Law Student Association, and the Women’s Law Caucus.
During law school, Sofia developed a passion for litigation working as a judicial intern for the Honorable Alan D Albright in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas. Her interest in litigation solidified after working as a summer associate at the firm. She now represents the firm’s clients in litigation matters in both state and federal court.
