Since joining Hicks Thomas in 2023, Kat has brought extensive experience representing plaintiffs and defendants in energy disputes, antitrust matters, employment conflicts, and securities litigation. Her career has included notable roles at premier litigation firms in Houston and New York as well as clerkships with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.
