Mariana joined Hicks Thomas in 2023. Prior to joining Hicks Thomas, Mariana clerked for the Honorable Michael J. Truncale, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, and the Honorable Ralph R. Erickson, United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. She also worked in the litigation department of a large, international law firm in New York.
