Jessica Wahl is a highly skilled senior associate specializing in complex commercial litigation, data privacy, and a wide range of business disputes. Licensed to practice in both Texas and California, Jessica represents clients in high-stakes litigation across multiple jurisdictions. Her practice spans commercial and contract disputes, product liability, mass torts, and environmental litigation.
Jessica’s legal experience is complemented by her leadership in crafting winning strategies for trial and appellate matters. She has led multiple depositions in class action suits and regularly represents clients in hearings, mediations, and law and motion proceedings. Her exceptional drafting skills are reflected in her success in preparing dispositive motions, such as summary judgment, where she maintains a superior grant rate.
Beyond her legal practice, Jessica is committed to community service and education. She serves as a mock trial coach for several law schools' mock trial teams and is a co-founder of Mom’s House for Children, a nonprofit organization supporting orphanages in South Africa, Peru, and Ukraine.
