Jessie is a trial lawyer with a broad commercial litigation practice representing clients in state and federal courts and arbitration. Jessie has in-depth experience in all stages of litigation, including drafting and arguing procedural and dispositive motions, drafting appellate briefs, taking and defending depositions, managing complicated discovery dockets, working with experts, interviewing witnesses, representing clients in mediations and settlement negotiations, and preparing for and participating in trials.

- Representing a fuel products trading company in an arbitration and a state court case involving claims for misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of contract, and breach of fiduciary duty against a former trader who allegedly engaged in fraudulent transactions.
- Acting as trial counsel for dealerships in a breach of alleged purchase agreement and fraudulent inducement case brought by former COO.
