  • Acting as trial counsel for an oilfield services company in a complex breach of purchase agreement and breach of fiduciary duty case involving multiple claims among the purchaser, seller, and former President.
  • Representing a fuel products trading company in an arbitration and a state court case involving claims for misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of contract, and breach of fiduciary duty against a former trader who allegedly engaged in fraudulent transactions.
  • Acting as trial counsel for dealerships in a breach of alleged purchase agreement and fraudulent inducement case brought by former COO.
  • Obtaining summary judgments and favorable rulings on appeal for a drug testing administrator in various breach of contract and defamation cases.
