Destiny’s practice focuses on managed care litigation, arbitration, and contractual disputes in both state and federal courts. Destiny has a broad range of experience in all stages of litigation from motions practice, discovery, pretrial, trial, and settlement. Destiny also maintains an active pro bono practice and has previously represented a client seeking post-conviction relief.
Prior to joining the firm, Destiny spent three years in private practice at an AmLaw 100 firm, where she focused her practice on antitrust litigation, managed care litigation, and class actions. During law school, Destiny served as a judicial intern to the late Chief Justice Shirley Abrahamson in the Supreme Court of Wisconsin and was the Janet D. Steiger Fellow in the Maryland Attorney General’s Office.
