For more than a decade, Bridget has represented networks, insurers, employers, and administrators in managed care litigation before state and federal courts, the American Arbitration Association, JAMS, and the American Health Lawyers Association. Bridget advises clients in the managed care industry in all phases of litigation.
Bridget’s managed care practice includes representing managed care companies in contractual and extra-contractual disputes involving provider groups and hospitals. Bridget has experience litigating managed care agreements, overpayments, and improper billing practices. Bridget also has experience litigating insurance business practices, personal injury claims and workers’ compensation claims. Bridget has represented clients in Texas, California, Iowa, Kansas, Mississippi, Missouri, New York, Oklahoma, Tennessee, and Virginia.
Bridget has also represented insurers, plan administrators, third-party claim administrators, and employers in lawsuits involving employee welfare benefits, including medical, disability, life, and AD&D benefits, and defending ERISA claims and insurance bad faith claims.
