Amanda Goldstein represents businesses and individuals in commercial litigation matters. Her experience includes litigating claims for breach of contract, fraud, violations of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act, fraudulent transfer, and trade dress infringement.
Before joining Hicks-Thomas, while enrolled in the University of Texas School of Law, Mrs. Goldstein served as judicial intern for the Honorable Wesley Ward in the Harris County 234th Civil District Court, and for the Honorable Joseph “Tad” Halbach in the Harris County 333rd Civil District Court.
During law school, Mrs. Goldstein worked as a student attorney in UT’s Domestic Violence Clinic, where she represented victims of domestic violence in related civil matters.
